BEGINNER TITLE CLERK TRAINING
Join GADA’s Director of Title Services, Roseann Nichols, for a full-day Beginner Title Clerk training. Lunch included.
Open to GADA Dealer members only.
This course is ideal for new title clerks with less than one year of experience. Office/F&I personnel also welcome.
This full day course covers:
• Motor Vehicle DRIVES System
• Temporary Operating Permits (TOPs)
• Federal Truth-in Mileage Act (Odometer Law)
• Federal and state laws pertaining to tag & title
• Staggered tag laws and procedures
• Completion of MSO, Georgia & out-of-state titles
• Secure Power of Attorney
